The Exhibition Center is located in Port-Bouët, near Félix Houphouët-Boigny International Airport, in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.

• By public transport (buses or minibuses serving Port-Bouët)

Yes, the entire show is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Yes, the Exhibition Center offers a secure parking facility with 800 spaces for visitors and exhibitors, accessible via two entrances (Gate A & Gate B).

Minors are allowed to access the show provided they are accompanied by an adult.
A paid badge is required from high school level onward.

Pets are not allowed anywhere within the show.

Yes, we strongly recommend ordering your badge online before the show.

Your badge gives you access for the 5 days of the exhibition.

School badges are valid for one day only.

Purchased badges are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

There is no group rate for visitors. Each participant must order an individual badge.

Yes, your badge allows you to enter and leave as many times as you wish during the 5 days.

You must create an account on the badge ordering platform and submit a “Press” badge request by completing all the required fields.
Your request will then be subject to validation.

Your Visitor Area is accessible here. In the right-hand section “I already have an account or a badge,” enter your email and password, then click the “Log in” button.

If you cannot find it, you can download it directly from your visitor account in the “My Badges” section.

If you have a promo code or an e-invitation, first create your account in order to use it and obtain your free badge.

You can then enter your invitation code in the dedicated field.

If your code does not work, please check that it has been entered correctly and that it is still valid.

Yes, the badge is strictly personal.
It is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or lent.

Your invoice is available directly in your account under “My Orders”, “Download my invoice.”

Yes, students and schools are welcome at the EQUIP AUTO Côte d’Ivoire show. They must have an access badge to visit the exhibition.

The School Badge is intended for educational institutions (middle schools, high schools, vocational training centers, schools, and higher education institutions) wishing to organize a supervised visit.

The School Badge is valid for one day of the show. 

A dedicated area for educational institutions is available to request badges.

Yes, a visa is generally required to enter Côte d’Ivoire. It can be obtained online (e-visa) before your departure or upon arrival at Abidjan Airport. We recommend checking the entry requirements based on your nationality with the Ivorian authorities or your local consulate.
